Questions Founders Ask

How do we communicate, and how often?
You get direct access to the architect — not an account manager relaying messages. We run a weekly sync call, share the project tracker with you in real time, and stay reachable async on Slack, Telegram or email between calls. You always know what's being built and why.
What are your hours? Can you overlap with US / EU teams?
We adapt to your time zone. We work on GMT+3 and flex our hours around yours — including evening calls when you're on US West Coast time. In practice, scheduling has never been the bottleneck.
How do payments work? Is it safe to pay upfront?
However you're most comfortable. Most clients work with us through Upwork, so payments run in escrow and are milestone-based — you release funds only for work that's delivered and approved. For repeat or larger engagements we also work via direct milestone-based contracts.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do — fully. All source code, architecture documents and deliverables are yours from day one, with no strings attached. The Architecture Blueprint from the Discovery Sprint is yours to build with, whether you continue with us or not.
What if the Discovery Sprint doesn't give me what I need?
The Discovery Sprint is deliberately low-risk: a fixed $500, 1–2 weeks, with a concrete deliverable — the Architecture Blueprint and roadmap. One round of revisions is included: we refine the Blueprint against your feedback until it's genuinely useful to you.
How long does a project take, and what's the full budget?
It depends entirely on scope — so we don't quote a number blind. After a free intro call and the Discovery Sprint, you get a roadmap with a sprint-by-sprint estimate and a full budget, so you see the whole picture before committing beyond the first $500. Sprints run from $2,500 each.
Who actually writes the code — is it just one person?
Every project is led and supervised by the architect. Build work is delivered by a small, hand-picked team of senior engineers — no juniors learning on your budget, no anonymous subcontractors. Architecture and key decisions are never delegated.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — that's exactly who the Discovery Sprint is built for. You don't need to speak engineering. We translate your business vision into a technical plan and explain every decision in plain language you can take to investors.
